GENERAL DECLARATION

I and the above participants hereby declare that I/we will abide by the rules and regulations stated below during the Pilgrimage. I/we understand clearly the terms and conditions listed below. I/we will be solely responsible for my luggage and valuables, if any. I/we will strictly follow the schedule throughout the Pilgrimage and be punctual. I/we certify that to the best of my knowledge, the information I/we provided while registering or applying is true, accurate and complete and any falsification subjects me to the offense of making a written false statement. I acknowledge that the decision to travel is mine and that I/we, therefore, assume liability for any loss or damage that may be incurred. I/we understand that in the case of any medical emergency, Pilgrimage Coordinator though may do their best possible effort, I/we shall be solely responsible for consequences and no claim shall lie against them from me or my relatives. I/we hereby understate that at all times during the Pilgrimage I/we will not do any illegal or immoral activity. I/we will not carry any inflammable item. I/we shall indemnify fellow passengers for any loss or claim owing to my conduct/ misconduct/indiscipline. I/WE UNDERSTAND, I/WE WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR OURSELVES(PARTICIPANTS) & OUR VALUABLES. VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR PILGRIMAGES DEPARTMENT WILL NOT TAKE/BUY ANY INSURANCE FOR THE PARTICIPANTS. I & the above participants agree by the above Declaration.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

I/We shall have no liability for any delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. The following shall be considered to be such circumstances: War or threat of war, accidents causing delays, exceptional weather conditions, fire and/or damage at a station, compliance with requests to the police, customs (or) other government officials and security services, deaths and accident, vandalism and terrorism, unforeseen traffic delays, strike/industrial action, riot or local disturbance or unrest problems caused by other participants, and other circumstances affecting passenger safety. We are not responsible for personal injury or loss of life owing to any reason during the Pilgrimage. In any eventuality, the program coordinator will intimate the person given in the application as family member/concerned person by fast mode of communication such SMS or email to their contact number. The relative/concerned person may call back and obtain more information. Terms include any oral/written communication given from time to time. Any dispute or legal proceedings shall be resolved amicably by arbitration under Arbitration Act, 1940 and issues unresolved post arbitration will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mathura only. *

RULES & REGULATIONS

VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage Tours are being conducted purely for strengthening and enlivening our spiritual consciousness and to progress in devotional service. Maintain devotional consciousness and not just sight-seeing. Do not preach about your own beliefs/religion/rituals/spirituality which is contrary to the essence of the Vedic Literatures. Such discussions/clarifications are allowed at the end of the lectures/discourses during the Pilgrimage. We do not serve Non-Veg/Egg. We serve Sattvic food / Krishna Prasadam only. We do not serve Tea/Coffee. Participants have freedom to purchase. During the entire Pilgrimage every pilgrim is expected to follow – No meat eating including fish/egg, No intoxication including ALCOHOL/SMOKING, No illicit sex and No gambling. Dress code –Indian Traditional Dress -Men (Kurta-Pajama/Dhoti/Pant-Shirt is also ok) Women (Saree, Chudidhar-Dupatta). Avoid skirts, minis, shorts & other fancy dresses. Remember - dress has an effect on consciousness. The pilgrimage tour gives opportunity for people to be together and spend time together for considerable time. However, do not get into developing mundane love relations/illicit relations/make or propose business with Fellow Pilgrims...Failing which, the tour manager reserves the right to cancel the pilgrimage of the pilgrim without any refund of amount. Lectures and discourses will be in Hindi & English. Senior citizens who require special requirements like dolis/autos/coolies during the journey should bear the extra expenses for the same during the time of journey. VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage Department does not undertake any responsibility if the places of visit which is mentioned in itinerary is not covered by any reason. Any person more than 70 years should be ideally accompanied by a guardian or family member. OR opt for Helper facility offered by us at an extra cost....Pilgrims are requested to carry at least original photo ID card during journey. Special Entrance ticket and other charges other than that mentioned in itinerary, are to be payable at the places of visit wherever applicable

PAYMENT & BOOKING

Payments can be made by Cheque/DD/Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit/NEFT/RTGS/through online by link, For Package tour, Balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to commencement of the tour by Cash/DD/Cheque/RTGS/NEFT to “VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR,Rates prevailing on the date of departure will apply. Right of allotment of seats reserved .VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage department reserves unconditional rights to refuse bookings or terminate passengers on tour in the event of unreasonable behaviour at any time. Pilgrimage will be confirmed subject to availability of minimum no. of passengers. In case the numbers of passengers are less than required capacity, tour will conducted by Car.it may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending upon the exigencies of occasion. We will inform you these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. No grievances regarding any itinerary/ service change which we are constrained to make will be entertained from the tour participants during or after the tour.

ACCOMMODATION

We book luxury ( star based hotel ) , standard & decent rooms with twin sharing . Single room booking will be at extra cost. We may book dormitories at some remote places OR places where it suits the Pilgrimage route plan OR NO OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE. Pilgrims have to adjust accordingly. Extra person in a room will be provided with a mattress/bed. In case you require an extra room for your convenience the same will be arranged at an actual extra cost. Pilgrims, who arrive early OR depart late at the accommodation destination by their own travel arrangements, have to pay extra charges for the days they need the guest house. Handpicked good tourist hotels all offering private bath are specifically chosen keeping in mind the comforts of the tourist. Some of the hotels may be located in the cities, but to provide with comfortable hotels and reasonable prices, it is often necessary to use hotels away from city centers. In some rare cases or remote places, the hotels/accommodation may not have all amenities like hot water, extra beds, etc. Participants have to adjust with the accommodation and not demand the tour manager for better accommodation. Families requesting for a Three/Four bedded rooms will be given depending on the availability in that hotel otherwise they will be provided with extra rollaway bed, which you need to be prepared for having less space in your room.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If due to any circumstances or personal reasons you have to cancel your Pilgrimage tour, the cancellation request must be sent to us over the phone or through Massages.

The following cancellation charges shall be payable by the pilgrim on cancellation of the pilgrimage:

0-7 days from Pilgrimage Tour Date – 50% of the total cost ( 50% Refund)( this refund is applicable only before 24 hours from tour date )
Before 7 day’s from the Pilgrimage Tour Date – 25% of the total cost (75% Refund)

If the passengers discontinue journey while on tour should be given by writing, unused portion of the tour amount will not be refunded. VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage Department, reserves rights to cancel seats. You may receive the amount only after 30 days of Cancellation. No refunds will be made for non-working of A/C units of the coaches/rooms while on tour.

TOUR EXTENSION POLICY

If due to any reason, the tour is extended, all pilgrims have to pay all applicable actual extra charges which has to be paid during the tour. Extension of the tour is right of Management.

OTHER TERMS & CONDTIONS

VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage Department., does not accept any responsibility for delay or change, missed connection, political disturbance, strike, war, natural calamities, injury, death, sickness, accident, theft, consequential loss or expenses borne by the passengers. VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage Department, on behalf of its management, employees, agents and representatives notify, that no liability will be attached for the loss of person or property caused or damaged, or suffered by the customer on account of deficiency in service rendered or to be rendered by the consent contractors or suppliers of such services including carriers and arranged hotels. Cancellation will be informed to you 10 days before the actual departure. VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR Pilgrimage Department, does not undertake any responsibility for non-reimbursement of LFC/LTC Claims. Single supplement: This will be charged extra for a person travelling alone or with family but wish to occupy a separate room. Kindly consult the office before booking. Cost depends on the tour chosen. Note: We advise you to book your flight tickets only after confirmation of our tour. Special group tours will be arranged exclusively as well as executive special tour packages according to your choice and budget for Schools, Colleges, Corporations or Organizations. All contents of this brochure are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure - information due to any event beyond our control.

COVID RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS

I/We declare that I or We… • Do not have Covid symptoms like fever, breathlessness, cough, rhinorrhoea/common cold/running nose, etc. • Agree to follow all Covid prevention measures like - frequent sanitization, always wear masks, maintain social distance, pulse oximeter and thermo check every day, and take herbal drink & Vitamin supplements everyday throughout the pilgrimage. • Agree to take necessary Health Insurance covering infections like Covid, etc. VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR /Pilgrimage Coordinator do not take any travel insurance / health insurance. It is the responsibility of the Pilgrim to take/buy necessary Health insurance / Travel Insurance. • Agree to immediately intimate the Pilgrimage Coordinator about my health, if any of above Covid symptoms develop. • Agree to follow Covid Action Protocol (if symptoms of Covid are found) – 1. Immediate isolation of pilgrim(s) in the same hotel room where the symptom is first seen/recognized. The isolated pilgrim(s) will pay the cost of the room.2. Confirmation of Covid by doing a Rapid Antigen / RT-PCR test at the nearest hospital/health care centre. The isolated pilgrim(s) will have to pay the cost of the test.3. Isolated pilgrim(s) may continue to stay in the same room OR shift to nearest hospital for better treatment. The isolated pilgrim(s) will pay the cost for the same. 4. Pilgrimage coordinator may arrange for a helper to be with the pilgrim until a relative of the isolated pilgrim comes to take further care. The isolated pilgrim(s) will pay the cost of the helper (all applicable actual charge). Alternatively, the pilgrim can be transported by car to home, with a helper, at necessary cost, which again will be paid by the isolated pilgrim. 5. Pilgrimage coordinator can use the advance caution deposit paid by the pilgrim for the above expenses. The pilgrim(s) in isolation will pay bills exceeding the amount of caution deposit…6. Other pilgrimage group will proceed to the next destination as per itinerary…with stricter monitoring of health of all pilgrims. • Agree to follow the Govt. norms and orders with respect to lockdown/entry in the states/restrictions of darshan/travel if imposed on short and sudden notice. Pilgrimage coordinator/VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR will not be responsible for losses incurred for such occurrences. Pilgrims may have to pay extra amount as Emergency expenses to meet the change in itinerary. This amount may also be deducted from the advance caution deposit. Example – if a pilgrimage to Mumbai is going on, and due to sudden spike of cases, the Govt. announces a lockdown / No entry / puts restrictions on travel, then – 1. We might not get darshan of desired temples of visit as per the itinerary. 2. We might not be able to visit all the pilgrimage places as in itinerary.3. We will lose the entire amount paid in advance to the Hotel for accommodation, food, etc…and hence we will not be able to give any refund to the pilgrims for not completing the pilgrimage.4. We might have to spend extra amount for revised accommodation, food, etc. This amount will be paid by the pilgrims or deducted from the advance caution deposit. • VRINDAVAN CHANDRODAYA MANDIR / Pilgrimage Coordinator / Pilgrimages Department / Fellow Pilgrims are not responsible –1. In case, a pilgrim contacts with Covid or diagnosed Covid positive during or after the Pilgrimage. Although, we shall try our best to take all Covid prevention measures.2. In case of loss of life due to Covid infection during or after the pilgrimage.3. For the expenses that may be incurred for taking care of a pilgrim who develops Covid symptoms.4. For not completing the pilgrimage due to external reasons like Govt. announcing sudden lockdown or restricting the entry.5. For abruptly ending a pilgrimage, when found high risk of Covid infection or anticipating further disasters or spread of Covid infection during the pilgrimage.6. For intervention of Govt./Police/Health care workers in any stage/course of pilgrimage7. * If Drivers/helpers/hotel staff/cooks/Pilgrimage coordinator is found Covid positive. In such cases, we will immediately change the Drivers/helpers/hotel staff/cooks/Pilgrimage coordinator and proceed with the pilgrimage with stricter monitoring and precautions
