Hare Krishna Movement, Vrindavan (HKMV) is a charitable Trust registered in the year 2008 and is based in Vrindavan town located in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, India. One of the major projects of the organization is 'Annadan'- providing free meals to the needy. Additionally, the organization has been working in several other social areas – education & skill development for underprivileged children & adults, health & sanitation, environment (primarily afforestation & cleanliness), cow protection, women empowerment and construction of Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir & Heritage Tower. The organization has developed a strong rapport with the community members and other stakeholders due to its sustained work over a decade & half. HKMV's efforts have been supported by the government, corporates and individuals.
