At VCM Yatra, we make extensive arrangements for transportation, accommodation, permits, and other travel services well in advance. Therefore, the following cancellation and refund policy shall apply:

Cancellation & Refund

  • *30 days or more before the scheduled departure date:* *100% refund* of the booking amount, after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway charges, taxes, or government permit fees (if applicable).
  • *15 to 29 days before the scheduled departure date:* *50% refund* of the total booking amount.
  • *7 to 14 days before the scheduled departure date:* *25% refund* of the total booking amount.
  • *Less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date or in case of no-show:* *No refund* will be provided.
