The YamunÄ NaukÄ VihÄra Festival on the sacred waters of YamunÄ JÄ« by the devotees of Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir.
The YamunÄ NaukÄ VihÄra Festival was conducted today on the sacred waters of YamunÄ JÄ« by the devotees of Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir.
The Nauka VihÄra (Boat Ride) for ÅšrÄ« RÄdhÄ Vá¹›ndÄvanacandra was accompanied by SankÄ«rtan. The DÄmodara Ä€ratÄ« was also offered along with the singing of DÄmodarÄá¹£á¹akam by over one thousand participants.
To mark the special Vrindavan KÄrtik Utsav celebrations, fireworks were displayed for the pleasure of the Deities, and lamps and sky lanterns were lit by the assembled devotees.
The event concluded with the reading of Lord Kṛṣṇa’s pastimes by ShrÄ« Chanchalapathi Dasa, President, Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, from the Kṛṣṇa Book by Srila Prabhupada.
Prasadam was also distributed to all the participants of the festival.
